Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your own account and its data at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately deactivates your account and schedules permanent deletion of your personal profile data within 30 days, per our Privacy Policy (/privacy).

If you connected your Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or Google Business Profile to Pragaticai, deleting your Pragaticai account also deletes the access tokens and any cached content (posts, insights, reviews) we stored for those connections. This does not delete anything from your actual Facebook, Instagram, or Google account itself — only removes what we copied into our systems. To disconnect an individual platform without deleting your whole account, go to Dashboard → Settings → Connected Accounts and click Disconnect next to the platform. You can also revoke Pragaticai's access directly from the third-party platform: • **Facebook/Instagram:** Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Pragaticai. • **Google:** myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove Pragaticai.

If you cannot access your account, email **privacy@localedge.ai** from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete My Data". Include your business name if known. We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days.

• Deleted within 30 days: profile data, connected-platform access tokens and cached content, chat/call history, uploaded media, form submissions. • Retained where legally required: invoices and tax records (7 years, Indian law), and fraud/security logs needed to protect the platform, in anonymised form where possible. • Backups: purged within 90 days of the deletion request, per our Privacy Policy.
