Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Pragaticai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Pragaticai provides an AI-powered platform for local SEO management, social media scheduling, review monitoring, lead capture, and related marketing automation tools for small and medium businesses. Features vary by subscription plan.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@localedge.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. We use Razorpay / Stripe for payment processing — we do not store your full card details. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (/refund-policy).

The Free plan is provided without charge subject to usage limits. We may modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time with 14 days' notice. Trial periods (if offered) automatically convert to paid plans at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

You agree not to: • Upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights. • Use the service to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or bulk messages without proper consent. • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's operation. • Use AI-generated content to deceive consumers (fake reviews, misleading ads). • Violate Google's, Meta's, or any third party platform's terms of service via our integrations. • Exceed API rate limits or abuse shared infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

The platform uses Google Gemini AI to generate content suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI outputs. AI-generated review replies, social posts, and SEO recommendations are suggestions only — you must exercise your own judgement before publishing.

Connecting third-party platforms (Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Zoho Books, etc.) is subject to each platform's own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, data loss caused by third-party platforms, or policy violations you commit on those platforms through our service.

If you enable an AI Phone Assistant, calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality and dispute-resolution purposes; you are solely responsible for ensuring your assistant's greeting discloses recording where required by law in your jurisdiction and for obtaining any consent your local law requires before recording calls with third parties. Documents executed through our Document Sign feature are signed electronically (typed/drawn signature captured with signer IP address and timestamp). You acknowledge that electronic signatures are legally binding under Section 5 of India's Information Technology Act, 2000 (and equivalent electronic signature laws elsewhere), and agree not to use the feature for documents that require a notarised, wet-ink, or otherwise non-electronic signature under applicable law.

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service. We own all rights to the Pragaticai platform, software, brand, and documentation. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works without our written permission. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the platform without obligation to you.

Each party agrees to keep the other's Confidential Information (including API keys, business data, and pricing) confidential and not to disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with prior written consent.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pragaticai's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹1,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pragaticai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitrable matters.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you via email and in-app banner at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, your sole remedy is to stop using the service and request account deletion.
